We have owned and operated The Kitchen Witch since 2006.|
Early in 2007 we became aware of the local demand for gluten-free products, and our menu was gradually modified to accommodate this need. We established a
designated area for preparation of gluten free items, including
separate utensils and appliances.
We quickly outgrew the area originally established for gluten-free food preparation. We completed a major expansion, and now have a completely separate and fully equipped gluten-free kitchen.
Our menu is now approximately 80% Celiac friendly.
